A couple of months ago, Sailing Committee put a bid together to Sport England for an additional RIB to help with safety cover and deliver the excellent training and sailing programme.
We are pleased to say we have now been successful in our bid and are awaiting final confirmation that money has been deposited to the club account. As soon as it has arrived we will start shopping for our new boat.
It will be roughly the same size as the current RIB and will allow us to ensure we can continue to offer and grow our fantastic training programme, whilst offering an additional safety cover for club events and open meetings.
